Our Cosy Single rooms are located on the lower level of the Chalet offering a single bed with a private ensuite bathroom and garden views. Our Cozy Single rooms are quiet and safe and ideal for the budget conscious traveller.

Our King Single room has a King Single size bed (ie a small Double), built in writing desk, private ensuite bathroom and garden views. Room amenities include phone, WIFI internet access, TV, heating, in room snack bar, tea/coffee making facilities and radio alarm clock. Located on the lower level of the Chalet, our King Single room is ideal for students or business people who need to work on their laptops or notebooks in a quiet environment.

Our Superior Single Rooms have either a large double or a Queen size bed, private ensuite bathroom (one with a full size bathtub) and views over either the harbour or Brighton Rd itself. Room amenities include phone, WIFI internet access, tea & coffee making facilities, snack bar, heating, TV, writing desk, chest of drawers, built in double wardrobe and radio/alarm clock. Our Superior Single rooms are located on the upper level of the Chalet and are ideal for solo Guests looking to spread out a bit after either a hard day in the office or being a tourist in and around Auckland, the “City of Sails”.

Are you tired of Backpacker accommodation sharing a dormitory bedroom AND a bathroom ??? If so, our Very Cosy Single room may be for you! This room is on the ground floor of the Chalet and has a single bed with PRIVATE ensuite bathroom. Room amenities include WIFI internet access, TV, heating, in room snack bar, tea/coffee making facilities, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and radio alarm clock. (Note – Our stated room rate is for one Guest on a room only basis with breakfast available as an optional extra).

Our Double Rooms are located on the upper level of the Chalet and offer either a Double or a Queen size bed with private ensuite bathroom (one with a full size bath tub) and either harbour or street views. Room amenities include phone, WIFI internet access, writing desk, snack bar, tea & coffee making facilities, heating, TV, chest of drawers, built in double wardrobe and radio/alarm clock.

Our Double/Twin rooms offer a Queen and a Single bed making them ideal for two friends travelling together or Mum and Dad travelling with a child or teenager. (Note – An extra Guest charge applies when a Twin room is occupied by three Guests using the existing bedding). Each Double/Twin room has a private ensuite bathroom (one with a full size bath tub) with most having harbour views. Room amenities include phone, WIFI internet access, snack bar, tea & coffee making facilities, TV, chest of drawers, built in double wardrobe and radio/alarm clock. Our Double/Twin rooms can also be used by couples who require two beds or just some extra space on which to throw your suitcases !!

Our Family Room is located on the ground floor of the Chalet and offers a Queen size bed and two Single beds in a separate bedroom in the same suite, connected by a short passage way. The Family room offers harbour views from the “kids wing” with a shared ensuite bathroom. Room amenities include phone, WIFI internet access, writing desk, snack bar, tea & coffee making facilities, heating, TV in the “parents room”, built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers and radio/alarm clock. The room is ideal for Mum and Dad and two children under 12 years of age but it can also accommodate three adult Guests. (Note – an extra Guest charge applies if the room is to be occupied by four adult Guests, sharing the existing bedding).
