All rates are expressed in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) and a delicious cooked breakfast in the sunny summer breakfast room.
Some of our rooms can accommodate extra people. Each extra person will be charged NZD$40 per night on top of the rate stated above.

CANCELLATIONS
If you find you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking, please give at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations (and changes that result in a reduced stay), received within 72 hous of confirmed check in time will charged a cancellation fee equal to a one night stay. No shows will be charged the full value of accommodation booked.
