All rates are expressed in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) and a delicious cooked breakfast in the sunny summer breakfast room.

All guest rooms have an ensuite bathroom. We provide hairdryers, irons/ironing boards and offer a same day bagwash laundry service*. Wireless internet* is available as well as a computer with internet access* for guest use. Luggage storage is available.

Some of our rooms can accommodate extra people. Each extra person will be charged NZD$40 per night on top of the rate stated above. Children under 12 only $20 extra.

CANCELLATIONS
If you find you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking, please give at least 1 weeks notice. Cancellations (and changes that result in a reduced stay), received within 1 week of confirmed check in time will charged a cancellation fee equal to a one night stay. No shows will be charged the full value of accommodation booked.
