Early Check-In
The standard check-in time at Chalet Chevron is 2.00pm.  Please advise your intended arrival time when you make your booking.

Early check-in at 11.00am may be arranged with prior request for NZ$40 per room.  This must be requested by email and confirmed to you by return email from hotel management.

Check-in between midnight and 11.00am is only available by booking the room from the night before. This must be requested by email and confirmed to you by return email from hotel management.

Key access for late check-in after 9.30pm must be pre-arranged with Chalet Chevron management by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Groups
Special conditions and discounts are available for group bookings.  Please email us – see contact us tab on the menu.

Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed, any cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will be charged a minimum of one night's accommodation.

All no-shows will be charged a minimum of one night's tariff. If you think you will be delayed, please contact Chalet Chevron well prior to your due arrival time.

For bookings longer than one night, further charges may apply at the discretion of Chalet Chevron.

Information Privacy
You information is only held for the purpose of servicing your accommodation arrangements with Chalet Chevron, and will not be passed on to any third parties for marketing or other purposes.
